Watch Your Email this Friday for Your Results


Recently IGA launched a newly redesigned IGA Assessment program, partnering with Survey.com for store assessments from the shopper’s perspective.


Under the new program, a trained local shopper visits your store three times a year to take an unrevealed assessment of your store. The goal of the Assessment program is first and foremost to measure the “shopability” of your store by showing you what your shoppers see and experience in your store, and giving you the feedback you need to continually improve on that experience.


Assessment Reporting
To date, nearly 90 percent of the spring IGA store assessments are complete. If your store has not yet been assessed, you can expect a call from IGA soon to follow up. If your store has been assessed, you will receive an email from Survey.com granting you access to your personal Assessment Program Dashboard on Friday, May 17 (check your spam and clutter folders if you do not receive your results).


Click on the link in the email you receive to log into the dashboard for access to your full assessment report, including your assessment score and survey findings/photos.


Five Star Scoring
Your assessment report will include your Five Star ranking. Please note, this ranking is merely to give you a benchmark on your performance. Your spring assessment will not actually count toward Five Star status; it’s a “dress rehearsal” designed to help you understand the process, and address issues prior to the “real” assessment taking place later this summer.
