Bernardo Salimhave been involved with CHEST for almost 2 decades and have served in several committees, including the CHEST Foundation Board of Trustees. I started as a member for the Practice Operations Steering Committee. Subsequently, I became the Vice-Chair and am currently serving as the Chair. Being in private practice and managing operations gives me first-hand knowledge of what our challenges may be. I am honored to serve in this current role and appreciate the trust and confidence that the membership and leadership have placed in me. It truly has been a humbling experience. I look forward to addressing the challenges we face together.
