It could have taken six months. Deluxe did it in two.

Modular construction has been making headlines recently as major hospitality brands are embracing the method more than ever before.

With such fanfare surrounding recent building projects, Deluxe Modular would like to celebrate its long history in the industry by acknowledging one of its return clients.

When President and CEO of Long Island Hotels, LLC John C. Tsunis was planning a new Hampton Inn & Suites in Harrison, NJ, he took no chances.

He returned to the firm he knew he could trust.

Having already built a Hampton Inn for Mr. Tsunis before, Deluxe was eager to deliver again, building each modular unit in its Pennsylvania factory and assembling the entire six story, 87,000 sq. ft. hotel in just eight weeks.

Said Mr. Tsunis, "We probably saved three or four months of construction time on the site," which, in addition to significant savings, meant the property was able to start generating revenue four months sooner.
