The Royal Bahamian Resort was 1,000 miles away. Deluxe delivered.

FEATURED CASE STUDY

The offshore location of the Sandals Royal Bahamian combined with the added complication of building around a functioning resort posed a serious challenge for Sandals Resorts International (SRI) when they were looking to construct a new addition to their Royal Bahamian property.

Not even an ocean, though, could prevent Deluxe Modular from delivering this luxury building on time, on budget, and with little disruption to the site.

Had SRI chosen traditional construction, this project could have been a logistical nightmare. With Deluxe, the entire process was guided by a team of modular experts, who handled every step.

Not only were the completed modular units shipped overseas for assembly on-site with ease, but the streamlined construction process minimized the impact on the existing resort and enabled Sandals to maintain its image as the peaceful tropical retreat it is.
