Manhattan was stuck in the old way of building. Deluxe change that.

FEATURED CASE STUDY

Building a seven story, 30,000 square foot apartment building in less than a year in any location would be a challenge for traditional, onsite construction practices. Building it in the middle of bustling New York City makes the task even greater.

Deluxe Modular provided a solution:
56 modular units, 8 crew members, 1 crane, and 19 days.

Done through traditional, onsite construction, this building process would have taken months. Deluxe Modular was able to assemble New York City's first permanent modular residence in just 19 days.

The project was not only completed to the satisfaction of its owners, but was also named Modular Building of the Month by the Modular Building Institute (MBI) and awakened new interest in the potential for modular buildings to transform Manhattan.
