Lynx Wins 2018 Connected Home & Building Innovation Award

Lynx announced in January that Lynx MiND has received a 2018 IoT Evolution Connected Home and Building Innovation Award from IoT Evolution magazine, the leading publication covering IoT technologies.  The award honors organizations delivering software or hardware solutions which enable the advancement of the smart home and building industry.  Lynx MiND is an OCF Certified smart home solution, which includes a rules engine (U.S. Patent Pending), that will enable a gateway, NAS, wireless router, STB, home controller or other device to be transformed into a central smart home hub.  Contact us at sales@lynxtechnology.com for a software evaluation license and try Lynx MiND out for a test drive.

Did You Know?

Lynx Has a Media Player for Android TV

Lynx is well known for its industry leading DLNA server, Twonky.  However, did you know Lynx also has a media player for Android TV?  Lynx offers a Twonky software development kit (SDK) for Android which includes the Lynx Media Player for Android TV. The Lynx Media Player provides a TV-oriented user interface (UI) that is based on the Google Leanback Library designed to provide a better user experience that is more like watching TV in a living room than on a computer or hand-held device.  If you are shipping an Android STB or Android TV you'll want to check it out.   To learn more, contact us at sales@lynxtechnology.com

Changes to Lynx Maintenance & Support Process

This message is for all Lynx Customers with Lynx Maintenance & Support Contracts

On November 1, 2018, we moved our operations for technical support to a new location with new personnel. Please be assured that Lynx continues to support all products with this change.

If you have a Maintenance & Support contract with Lynx, please direct all support requests to support@lynxtechnology.com. The exception is if you have previously submitted support requests through JIRA, you may continue to use this method.  It is important that you use support@lynxtechnology.com [or JIRA if applicable], and not that of individual Lynx personnel, so that our customer support system can capture your request and route it accordingly.
