Dear ,

With the holiday season in full swing and the new year just around the corner, we find ourselves reflecting on 2018. It’s been quite an eventful year for us all at High Net Worth Immigration!

Here’s our year in review:

2018 Highlights

Our success in 2018 was due to the tremendous support of our wonderful clients and partners, and we appreciate every one of you!

Events around the world

Travel is a wonderful necessity of our industry, and 2018 was filled with events around the world! We loved meeting influencers and touring the gorgeous properties affiliated with our real estate investment programs. Here are some of our favorite travel moments from the past year!

Antigua and Barbuda

We traveled to the beautiful Tamarind Hills luxury resort in Antigua and Barbuda - it’s nestled between the two best beaches on the island and the ideal destination for a Caribbean getaway. Tamarind Hills and its sister Kingfish Studios are some of the most successful CIP developments in Antigua and the Caribbean - they’re both excellent real estate investments with the added perk of obtaining a second citizenship and passport.

We also visited Jolly Harbour in Antigua and Barbuda, a luxury hotel that will be managed by Best Western. This is another fantastic citizenship by investment real estate opportunity with a 4% guaranteed return for the first 5 years.

*A limited-time real estate Investment option is available until October 31, 2019—two applicants from related parties can make a joint investment, with each applicant investing a minimum of $200,000.

As if the gorgeous properties and stunning scenery weren’t enough, we happened to be in town during Antigua Sailing Week and ending up catching some of the beautiful boats in action and attending a fabulous Sailing Week party.

St. Kitts and Nevis

Our travels in St. Kitts and Nevis took us to the Park Hyatt in Christophe Harbour, part of the most luxurious development in the country. It’s a stunning resort with picturesque beach views and incredible amenities.

For those interested, St. Kitts and Nevis now offers a second real-estate option geared toward luxury resort developments. It allows a joint investment of at least US$400,000, split between two investors at $200,000 each plus government fees, with a resell opportunity after 7 years.

We visited Grenada to check in on the Kawana Bay Project, a 5-star hotel development that is an attractive citizenship by investment opportunity currently in its second phase of construction. We also visited St. George’s University (an American University accredited in the USA, Canada, the EU and China) and were so impressed with how happy the students seemed.

Citizenship by investment in Grenada is highly desirable among investors worldwide for many reasons.  It’s a quick and easy program, one of the only CIPs in the world with a bilateral investment treaty (E2 Investor Visa) with the United States, and has recently extended the program to include more family members:

  • Siblings who are unmarried and without children
  • Parents are no longer required to be financially dependent
  • Children over 18 are no longer required to be enrolled in a university

We visited various cities around Vietnam and conducted helpful seminars to promote our residency and citizenship by investment programs. We met so many interesting people along the way and felt the pulse of this vibrant country.

Boston, the U.S.A

We attended Inbound 2018 in Boston this year, a dynamic marketing event organized by HubSpot. With over 24,000 professionals from all over the world, we made incredible connections and were inspired with great ideas to grow and improve our business to better serve our clients.

Nova Scotia

We spent the summer in Nova Scotia - a province in Canada with abundant natural beauty and spectacular landscapes everywhere you look. Plus, Nova Scotia currently offers an Entrepreneur Program which enables experienced business owners and manager to attain permanent residency status within a year when they start or buy a business.
