Following a screening of “RBG,” a 2018 documentary chronicling the life and
legal career of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, attendees will have
the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion about Justice Ginsburg.

The panel discussion will focus on the challenges she faced from her days
as one of only nine women in her Harvard Law School class of more than 500 students to her appointment as the Supreme Court’s second female justice in 1993. The panel will also discuss
her experience successfully arguing gender discrimination cases in the 1960s and 1970s before
the all-male Supreme Court and her current status as a pop culture icon known for
her frequent and forceful dissents from majority opinions.
