TALENT INSIDER

May 2018

Dear ,

DSC_3819.jpg

I hope this finds you really well.

At CMP, the last month has been marked by a lot of change; most of it the result of growth.  We finalized the mergers of The Mentor Group in Chicagoland, and The Frontier Group in Atlanta.  They are now part of the CMP family and brand.  These recent moves add to the depth of our service lines, and our ability to service clients nationally and globally.

In this issue of the CMP Talent Insider, we provide new insights into areas our clients have found useful, along with some news and updates on key areas that I suspect you will find both interesting and helpful:

  • Building Your Band of Believers: What Start-Ups Teach Us About Employee Engagement – necessity is the author of innovation.  This is no more true than with start-up companies who drive employee engagement with limited resources.  What can the rest of us learn from these upstart leaders?
  • Don’t Dread Monday: 10 Signs You’re Experiencing Career Success – how do you know if you are in the right job and career?  We borrow from recently published “Don’t Dread Monday” to provide 10 key indicators.
  • OIGP Global Research Study – CMP is proud to sponsor the third annual Future of Work Survey. Completing the survey will take five minutes, and contribute to the broader understanding and advancement of talent and workforce strategies and solutions.

We also highlight CMP participation in an event benefiting the Lighthouse for New Hope, our successful Chicago launch event, and some key client positions we are recruiting for.

As always, we welcome your feedback.

Much regards,

Joe Frodsham | President
