The Cleveland Museum of Natural History provided a natural setting for the firm’s annual staff retreat. Under the theme “Embracing the Future,” the staff spent the day analyzing trends and issues affecting our clients business and their respective industries. The team then split into collaboration groups where they outlined strategies that provided the needed tactics to continue to deliver superior client service in the year ahead.

“We continue to remain true to the importance of delivering personalized, relationship-based service to our clients, a core value since our inception in 1938,” said Robin Baum, managing partner. The team capped their work session with a scavenger hunt and behind-the-scenes tour, learning about the latest scientific discoveries led by CMNH researchers.
