INFINITEE ACHIEVES OVER 2 MILLION IMPRESSIONS FOR LESS WITH FALL SHOPPING CAMPAIGN

You may remember from spring of this year that infinitee launched a digital marketing campaign for River Oaks Shopping Center, a 320,000 SF specialty lifestyle center serving some of Houston's most affluent neighborhoods and owned and managed by Weingarten Realty.

Based on the results of the Spring Campaign*, infinitee strategized a new campaign for the fall shopping season.
Similar to spring, the Fall Campaign ran for 31 days across August 2016 utilizing a three-tiered media strategy as follows:

Ad placement in the Houstonia Magazine (the largest local magazine source for news, information and entertainment in the Houston market)

Digital Media:

$500 total Giveaway, Facebook and Instagram

Print and Digital ads utilized consistent branding established in the beginning of the year and executed in Spring’s Campaign to increase brand awareness, while the social media campaign had a more specific objective to drive awareness of new tenants’ products and experiences for the fall season, and increase user adoption of River Oaks Shopping Center’s social media profiles.

Shoppers were asked to post a photo on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, or upload a photo manually via the Facebook App, showcasing how they get #FreshForFall at River Oaks Shopping Center for a chance to be one of two lucky winners of a $250 gift card. The giveaway was supported through Facebook and Instagram ads, and garnered several entries from shoppers and influential bloggers reflecting new fashions from retailers, restaurant outings with friends and family before heading back to school, a new hairdo or manicure, workout class and more.

Results from the Fall Campaign totaled 2,002,439 Impressions in 31 days for a CPM of $8.89. By reallocating efforts and implementing findings from the previous campaign, infinitee increased impressions by 87.22% and decreased the CPM by 23.89% getting better results for less for our client.

Today, infinitee preps for the last campaign of the year centered on the holiday shopping season. Stay tuned to see how infinitee reallocates funds and improves overall impressions and CPM again.
