Don’t Take the Risk!

Verify Your Tools Before Each Use

Verify the accuracy of your click-out torque wrenches between calibrations with TruCheck torque verifiers. Don’t risk using an out of tolerance tool when all it takes is a quick calibration check. Your tool stays on the shop floor, with no need to send it out to the metrology lab or to a third-party unless it is found to be out of spec.

  • All TruCheck Torque Verifiers have an accuracy of +/-1% of reading over their operating ranges.
  • From 0 - 750 ft-lbs, choose the TruCheck with an operating range to fit your requirements.
  • One button testing - no user experience necessary.
  • All units come with a traceable calibration certificate.

Store your TruCheck torque verifiers and adapters on the Mobile Torque Verification Station, designed and manufactured by ATP. It's a convenient place to store and use 3 torque verifiers, 23 adapters and a power supply. See the verification station in action...

Torque Wrench Calibration 101

Chris_with_Wrench.jpgTo ensure accuracy, measuring devices are calibrated on a regular basis. Calibration is defined as the setting or correcting of a device by adjusting it to match a dependably known and unvarying measure. It compares the reading from the device that is being calibrated to a standardized measure, and the results are presented on a calibration certificate.
