Ring in the New Year with outstanding social media results! Last quarter infinitee executed multiple cost-effective fall and holiday digital media campaigns for its shopping center clients including The Avenue Murfreesboro (Hines Global) and Specialty Shops SouthPark (Hill Partners). We’re happy to announce the results of all campaigns that broke through the seasonal online chatter with measurable ROI.
Overview: The #BoroFallFab contest was developed to increase memberships of The Avenue Murfreesboro’s elite shopping club (The A-List), promote engagement and grow awareness of the retailers with the support of recruited local bloggers.

Details: To participate in the contest, followers were asked to sign up for the A-List and post a photo of their fall looks on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #BoroFallFab and tag The Avenue Murfreesboro. One grand prize winner was randomly selected at the conclusion of the contest.

Results: The #BoroFallFab contest ran for 2 consecutive weeks with organic and paid promotions reaching over 19,000 users, generating over 420 likes, comments and shares and nearly 300 clicks.

Overview: The Merry and Bright holiday giveaway campaign focused on building The Avenue Murfreesboro’s A-List database. The contest was hosted on the website where participants could enter their contact information for a chance to win daily $100 gift cards to a variety of retailers and a $500 shopping spree.

Details: The contest was promoted heavily in local print media, via digital ads, the website and social media where local bloggers assisted in increasing post reach.

Results: The Merry and Bright giveaway campaign rendered over 3,400 entries from unique emails throughout the 13-day duration. Organic and paid promotions reached nearly 44,000 users, generating 2,766 post clicks and 539 likes, comments and shares.
Overview: infinitee worked with Specialty Shops SouthPark retailers to execute a 12-day giveaway, awarding a prize each day provided by retailers and restaurants. The primary goals of the campaign were to build a loyal social media following, raise awareness of the center’s diverse retailers and tenant mix, drive onsite traffic, increase engagement and ultimately build the database for future promotions.

Details: The contest was hosted on Facebook through a third party app designed to promote a single giveaway each day, allowing a 24 hr. entry period. Winners were announced daily and required to redeem their prize onsite at the respective retailer. The contest was supported through digital media efforts, promoted Facebook posts and dedicated outreach on Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest through infinitee’s social media listening tool, NUVI.

Results: The contest received 241 entries and increased Specialty Shops SouthPark’s shopper database by 113 unique emails. The campaign page garnered 744 views from over 370 link clicks leading to a 1200% increase in impressions at 20,000 across the social landscape.
