BlackPoint Has a New Home!

Our Corporate Office is Now Located in Kent, Washington


The BlackPoint Team is settling in after the big move at the end of July. The new office space was designed with growth in mind, not just for our internal team, but for your business as well! 

Our large, state-of-the-art Helpdesk has some new, exciting features to benefit our clients and hard-working Managed Services Team like advanced sound barriers to create a better acoustic environment for the call center. The Network Operations and Managed Business Continuity Teams are now connected to the Helpdesk to create better synergy within Managed Services, and we have also implemented a new phone system to create a quicker response time, and faster escalation of incoming calls. 

We are all very excited about our new office space, and the improved resources to help serve you better. Keep an eye out for an invitation to our open house later this fall!


2015 Technology Fair - Microsoft Civica

BlackPoint IT Services is hosting our bi-annual Technology Fair this October at Microsoft Civica in Bellevue. This is a free, all-day event to learn more about BlackPoint's unique solutions through breakout sessions and one-on-one time with top technology vendors like Microsoft, Barracuda, Datto, Lenovo and WatchGuard!
