The RAP contains the seven steps required to safely reopen food establishments. Supporting each step is clear guidance and interactive training on what is necessary and how to do it.
The last step in the plan is the RAP Inspection – where the user can certify they have taken all the steps necessary to safely reopen. This can be used by health departments or food establishments.
