CTM’s One-Stop Shop of COVID-19 Information: CTM has created a special landing page to be used as a repository of COVID-19 travel alerts to help you stay informed as updates become available. All new updates will be displayed at the top of the page.


Air Canada CleanCare+ Program

For added assurance, Air Canada has introduced new personal safety and sanitary measures by May 15, 2020:

  • Customers will be subject to infra-red temperature checks at all airports. 
  • Adjacent passenger seats will automatically will be blocked and capacity will be capped temporarily until June 30, 2020. 
  • Care kits containing disinfectant and safety will be distributed to customers. 
  • Customers are mandated to wear face coverings during their travel journey. 
  • Employees are required to utilize Personal Protective Equipment, including face shields and coverings, gloves and gowns. Physical distancing is also strongly encouraged. 
  • Food and beverage services has been revised to individual bottles instead of bar service. 

 

 CTM encourages all clients and their travelers to check the airline carriers website daily before heading to the airport.
