Should I File for Bankruptcy?

bigstock-Bankruptcy-Document-Folder-Wit-226989730-768x562

Should I file for bankruptcy? I lost my job in 2007. I became unable to pay my credit card debts about two years later. My debts were charged off except for one that is suing me.
