AA Schedule Change Policy

Refunds will be allowed if the overall delay is greater than four hours, for tickets issued on/after April 8, 2020, according to American Airlines new Schedule Change Policy.

For tickets issued prior to April 8, 2020, American will honor their 60 minutes or more schedule change policy.

Regarding irregular operations that may occur within 72 hours of departure, American has adjusted their policy to allow for full refund for delays of 90 minutes or greater for tickets with an original issue date of April 8, 2020 or beyond. 

CTM will continue to monitor and communicate airline policy updates, as information becomes available.
