Airlines Continue to Inhibit Refunds in GDS

In an update from ARC, the following airlines have elected to manage ARC accredited travel agency refunds directly and confirmed that decision with ARC. Refunds for these airlines have been inhibited through their GDSs and the ARC settlement system:

  • Air Cote D'Ivoire
  • Air Europa
  • Air France
  • Air Transat
  • Austrian Airlines
  • Avianca
  • Brussels Airlines
  • Copa Airlines
  • El Al Israel Airlines
  • Emirates
  • Fiji Airways
  • KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
  • LOT Polish Airlines
  • Lufthansa German Airlines
  • Malindo Air
  • Montenegro Airlines
  • Olympic Air
  • Plus Ultra Lineas Aereas
  • Porter Airlines
  • Scandinavian Airlines
  • South African Airways
  • Swiss International Air Lines
  • Taca International Airlines
  • Tacv-Cabo Verde Airlines
  • TAP Air Portugal
  • Turkish Airlines
  • Vietnam Airlines
  • WestJet
Airlines continue to be back logged processing requests, thus causing significant delays for travelers and companies expecting refunds.
