As COVID-19 affects every healthcare organization differently, we know you may be rapidly adjusting to access needs for essential vendors and service providers. Some vendors are, in turn, affected in their ability to stay up to date on credentials that are dependent on primary care visits, like TB tests and certain immunizations, which can result in a red-light status in their symplr account.

We expect that vendor populations affected by expiring credentials will continue to grow as access to certain services are de-prioritized to deliver care to high-priority patients. 

Our first priority is to ensure that your requirements and policies are honored, while understanding that needs are constantly changing. There are several ways within the symplr system to manage essential vendors if their credential status is resulting in a red light, including sign-in overrides and credential overrides.
