Lufthansa Temporarily Suspends Refunds
The refund functionality for Lufthansa Group airlines’ tickets has been temporarily disabled in all reservation systems as well as on the airlines' websites and on Lufthansa travel agent resources website. Refunds requests already submitted will be processed at a later stage.
Lufthansa remains committed to supporting CTM in serving our travelers. The airline has advised they will provide additional details processing refunds as soon as possible.
CTM will communicate updates as they are received.
