As you know, our healthcare organization partners are experiencing and reacting to various levels of impact due to COVID-19. This may in turn affect changes in your symplr account and your ability to conduct facility visits as facilities prioritize patient and staff safety.

This situation is continually evolving. We want to thank you for your engagement in your symplr account and your dedication to proactively ensuring that you’re meeting symplr facility requirements.
 

What's New

  • Some facilities with higher impact from COVID-19 may implement a standard COVID-19 credential which will result in a red light for all vendors related to that facility.
    • This will make it easy for you to see at a glance where you have a red light and understand more quickly which facilities have locked down access.

Best Practices

For all facilities, please keep the following in mind:

  • Make sure you are aware of your facilities’ COVID-19 communications and policies. You should receive an alert from symplr regarding any policy changes at facilities in your territory.
  • Before you visit a facility, use the Mock Sign-In feature (under Account Set Up > Mock Sign-In) to make sure you have a green light and are aware of any sign-in requirements or information specific to that facility.
  • Download the symplr mobile app to easily manage policies and credentials on the go.
  • Some facilities are implementing Acknowledgements. Acknowledgements are part of the check-in process, and you’ll be required to Accept or Decline the Acknowledgement every time you check-in.
    • Please be sure to take these Acknowledgements seriously and read through them thoroughly before proceeding with check-in, as each facility may have specific and vital information. An example of an Acknowledgement is below for your reference.
