As we monitor the evolving situation with COVID-19, we remain committed to providing continuity of our services to our clients and partners.  Our goal in this challenging time is to maintain the best customer service possible so you can continue your operations and respond to the demands you may be facing.

As a business, we've had work-from-home options for our employees for years, and are already set up to easily support you remotely. Our web-based software can be accessed virtually as needed. 

IDI's leadership team continues to monitor updates on the virus, and we are operating in accordance with guidance from federal and local government authorities.

If you have any questions regarding ongoing services, or your own business operations during this time, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

The second article links you to the Time Bank Online Quick Guide with specific instructions for downloading TBXfer if you need it in order to work from a remote location.
