Weekly update for Poole faculty and staff from the Office of Business Services
BUSINESS SERVICES
DocuSign is Now Live

The Poole College of Management purchased DocuSign in order to make the process of getting signatures from various different parties easier and more timely. DocuSign allows users to electronically sign documents from anywhere they have internet access, even from mobile phones. OBS hopes that this will help initiators with their financial, HR and other document needs as it would allow them to get signatures from needed personnel even when that person may not be in the office. DocuSign use across the college will be implemented in two parts: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 will include everyone sending documents to pcombusiness@ncsu.edu for OBS to process
