Get to know your leadership!

As new Chair and Vice-Chair of the Chest Infections NetWork, we would like to welcome you to actively participate in all the events our NetWork has to offer. We know many of you may not know where, how, or when to start. However, we want you to know that when we started as pulmonary and critical care fellows, we were immediately engaged by the amazing experience, the quality of outstanding group of scientists, and the clinicians and experts who we had the opportunity to meet during the CHEST scientific meetings. Since then, we haven’t missed a meeting and each year we appreciate the opportunity to network with colleagues from around the world, adding to our pulmonary and critical care medicine knowledge base. We have also participated in leadership and education workshops at CHEST. With our career-long interest in respiratory infections and cystic fibrosis, we have kept our commitment by actively submitting proposals to the CHEST meeting, presenting abstracts and sharing our results and passion for respiratory infections with our collegial group at CHEST. It will be an honor for us to serve CHEST in these roles and we hope that with your help, we will continue to strive for a better future of our patients with respiratory infections.
