FraudEmail-1

You can lose money if you give any transaction information over the phone. Giving information over the phone is the exact same as giving cash to a stranger.

Trust your instincts. If a phone call seems wrong or suspicious, it probably is.

If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from Payment Source, Now Prepay, your Head Office or a vendor asking you for any of the following:

  • To test a terminal by printing PINs
  • Provide PIN number
  • Provide Claim Code
  • Provide User ID
  • Provide terminal password
  • Activate a card and provide the card number

HANG UP IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION! THIS IS FRAUD. Call us at 1-800-253-2111 to report the incident.

REMINDER: Now Prepay/Payment Source will only ever use the Test Card or Test PIN to perform any necessary testing.  We will NEVER ask you to complete LIVE transactions.
