Hi there,

Customer Service Tip of the Month

If you receive a Time Bank error message, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
  1. Incorrect source data (missing employee data or employee classified incorrectly)
    • If the issue is with only a few employees, it's probably an error with the data you are using to input into Time Bank.
    • If the source data is incorrect, you will need to correct it before re-running Time Bank.
  2. Configuration error
    • If the issue is with a whole group of employees, you will likely need a configuration or mapping change, and may need help to correct the issue.  For assistance you can email support@idesign.com.

 

Customer Spotlightjodi collins

We are happy to announce our Hero of the Month for January, Jodi Collins, Accounts Payables/Payroll Clerk at Williamsburg Regional Hospital. Jodi has been in her role for almost nineteen years. Although she was never a fan of "school" math, she absolutely loves "practical" math.

For Jodi, she considers a good day on the job to be when she learns a new program (such as IDI) and is able to successfully navigate the new technology to carry out her duties.

Outside of work Jodi is busy with her husband, two children, chihuahua, and four goldfish. She also loves to read, sing, and play various musical instruments.

IDI is happy to recognize and support Jodi as she makes a difference in her department!
