Customer Service Tip of the Month

Forget your password?

If you are logging into Time Bank Online at www.timebankonline.com and you forget your password, to reset it all you need to do is select "Forgot Password" underneath the Password field.

If your User Name is valid, you will receive an email with a temporary password. You will be asked to update your password on your next login.

In the email with your temporary password there might be a "trailing space" after the password, so make sure you don't copy and paste an extra space or the password will fail.

We are happy to announce our Hero of the Month for December, Alice Bethapudi, General Accountant at Brazos Valley Community Action Programs. In her role for three and a half years, Alice was drawn to the challenge of numbers and accountability.

For Alice, a favorite memory on the job was "running a successful payroll upon completion of software implementation of which I was also the Project Lead."

Outside of work Alice enjoys painting, sketching, and reading.

IDI is happy to recognize and support Alice as she makes a difference in her department!
