Hello and welcome to our monthly newsletter, ICEbreaker from ICE, the travel technology IT consultants.

This month’s highlights include plans to embed tourism destination intelligence inside Alexa, good news for the cyber security industry and smart speaker etiquette. Would you warn guests smart speakers are recording information? The Google CEO would.

As always, we’ve been travelling all over the globe this month for our clients and Richie is preparing the agenda for the CLIA Executive Partner Technology Initiative session on Friday 13th December in Miami.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday 5th November, Richie, Conor and Bec will be at WTM, and we’d love to meet up if you’re there. Also, look out for Richie’s moderator’s slot on data and technology at the International Cruise Summit in Madrid on the morning of November 28th. Come and say hello.

Until then,
